This machine is the specialized equipment for handling a complex printed sheet that printed several different designs or combinations of card. This machine provides cutting, collating and separating the different design cards automatically. Such as a sheet printed 5x5 up (also 3x8, 6x8..etc) ups format card sheet 25 (24, 48 pcs) different card designs will be cut and separated to a 5 or 25 groups by the 25 (24, 48) chambers card collating system automatically, operator doesn’t need to separate or group card again, in order to increase the production rate, save labor cost, reduce scrape and scrap.
